Our goal is to provide the highest quality products at the lowest possible cost together with the finest customer service. In order for us to fulfill our promise, it is essential that we each do our part. Order early if possible: most problems arise on last minute, rush orders. Ensure you fully understand all of the features engineered into our products and whether they will meet your needs. Understand that some of our products are made to order and cannot be returned. Most importantly you determine how our products are used. Be aware, and always wear work gloves when using our products. Never use Georgia Expo products where use or tip over may cause injury or property damage. When using our Telescoping Uprights never adjust the height of the upright without first removing the drape support. Georgia Expo products are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 90 days from the date of original shipment from our factory. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse, misuse or the use of our products in applications for which they were not intended. No other warranties are expressed or implied including, but not limited to, the implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. All such warranties are expressly and specifically disclaimed. Under no circumstance shall Georgia Expo’s liability exceed the cost of the product purchased on this order. To notify us of a warranty request contact us at Sales@GeorgiaExpo.com. Advise us of the problem with your product and we will initiate a warranty action. We reserve the right to repair or replace the product at our sole option. Remember our warranty does not cover abuse or misuse.
Please order EARLY, shipping delays can occasionally occur through no fault of Georgia Expo’s due to inclement weather, carrier delays, and other unforeseen problems. It can also take longer to arrive than the transit time quoted by a shipping company without being considered “late”. Unless you have been advised by us your order will be shipped as a single shipment however, it is not uncommon for a shipment to become separated during shipping with parts of your order being delivered at different times. When your order has been shipped we will email you your shipment tracking information so that you may follow the progress of your order during the shipping process. If your order is a rush order let us know and we will quote you an expedited shipping rate. Unless specifically agreed to, in writing, Georgia Expo will not be held responsible for missed delivery dates on ground shipments or the performance of third parties including, but not limited to, shipping companies. In the event an expedited shipment is delayed our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the value of the shipping charges paid by you. If your order is delayed and you choose to refuse your shipment or to return it your order, it will be treated as a return under the terms stated below.

Loss during shipping:
When your shipment arrives, confirm that you are receiving the exact number of boxes that are stated on the delivery receipt, prior to accepting it. Should all or part of your shipment be lost in transit, promptly contact us at Sales@GeorgiaExpo.com and we will initiate a trace on your order. Be aware, if you accept your shipment without noting the shortage, Georgia Expo cannot be held responsible for the loss or shortage. You must save the original packaging in the event the shipping company chooses to inspect it. Promptly contact us at Sales@GeorgiaExpo.com to notify us and include a copy of the shipping receipt. Upon receipt of your email we will promptly review your claim. If it has been properly documented, we will ship a replacement order to you.
Damage during shipping:
If your order is damaged during shipping note the damage on the shipping receipt prior to signing it. You must save the original packaging in the event the shipping company chooses to inspect it. Be aware, if you accept your shipment without noting the damage on the delivery receipt, Georgia Expo cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage. Document the damage with photographs. Promptly contact us at Sales@GeorgiaExpo.com to notify us. Include a copy of the shipping receipt together with your photographs documenting the damage. Upon receipt of your email we will promptly review your claim and if it has been properly documented we will ship a replacement order.
Although rare, it is possible for your shipment to be damaged even if the packaging remains intact. When your shipment arrives, inspect it promptly to determine if it has been damaged. If it has been damaged, photograph the damage together with the packaging and contact us at Sales@GeorgiaExpo.com within 10 days of the receipt of the shipment. Upon receipt of your email, we will promptly review your claim and if it has been properly documented we will ship a replacement order to you.
If you notice something missing from your order, contact us at Sales@GeorgiaExpo.com to document the shortage within 10 day of the receipt of the shipment. Photograph the packaging and include the photographs with your request. Upon receipt of your email, we will promptly review your claim and if it has been properly documented we will ship a replacement order to you.
Can I Return My Shipment:
Georgia Expo will accept returns for certain products if they are returned, freight prepaid, within 10 days of the date you received them. Certain products are custom made and cannot be returned, these include all draperies, storage carts, as well as any product that has been modified to meet your specifications. Upon receipt of your return, Georgia Expo will inspect the product and if it meets the conditions listed above Georgia Expo will issue a refund. Remember, products that have been used cannot be returned.
Prior to returning your order you must contact us and obtain a Return Authorization number “RA#”. To obtain your RA# you can contact us at Sales@GeorgiaExpo.com. Provide your name address and order #, together with an email address. State the reason you want to return your order. The product must be returned in its original packaging, insured for its full value and in new, unused and salable condition. We will email you an RA#, this number must be prominently displayed on each package you return to us. If your return does not have an RA# it will not be accepted. We will deduct an amount equal to the outbound freight as well as a 25% restocking fee. All refunds will be made in the same manner in which the original payment was made. Please note; for payments made by check Georgia Expo may withhold the refund for up to 30 days to ensure the original payment has been properly cleared through our bank. Customers agree not to initiate credit card charge back without the written approval of Georgia Expo Mfg. Corp.
If your shipment is refused or deemed undeliverable by the shipping company it will be handled as per our return policy, with no credit being allowed for draperies and/ or custom orders.
