Sales Tax and Exemptions

Due to the Supreme Court’s ruling in the South Dakota vs. Wayfair case, businesses are no longer required to have a physical presence in a state to be subject to that state’s sales tax compliance.  Due to the ruling, many states are changing their laws to match South Dakota’s in establishing sales tax compliance requirements (economic nexus) in that state.  Changes to these laws will take effect late 2018 into 2019.  You may notice tax on your order now based on your ship via address, as we will be compliant with each states requirement as they roll out.

If you have a tax exemption form – you may submit it below.
Please note the steps when submitting the form.

Step 1: If you do not have one, create an online account by clicking LOGIN/REGISTER
Step 2: Fill out the form below
Step 3: Upload your Tax Exempt Document
Step 4: Submit the form

Once all the information is received we will manually update your account with the information.  This process can take up to 24hr or longer if submitted over a weekend.  We’ll do our best to update the records as quickly as possible.  Once verified and updated, if you are tax exempt, your online orders or internal orders with our sales representatives will not assess tax.

ONLY TAX EXEMPTIONS CERTIFICATES OR RESELLER CERTIFICATES ARE VALID.  THESE FORMS ARE DIFFERENT FOR EACH STATE AND SHOULD INCLUDE COMPANY NAME, ADDRESS, AND TAX NUMBER OR EIN

Thank you for your patience and help as we work to update everyone’s records in accordance with these new laws.
