Our Sales Department will email you once your order has been processed and is ready for pickup.
When you arrive, the authorized pickup person will need to present a valid government-issued photo ID, such as a driver’s license.
We’ll verify that the name matches the authorized pickup person listed on the order and photograph the ID for order verification and security purposes.
This simple step helps us protect your purchase and ensure your order is released to the right person.

For security and order verification purposes, same-day pickup is not available for first-time purchasers. Please allow at least one business day for us to verify and process your order.
Your order will be eligible for pickup no earlier than the next business day, once verification is complete and you’ve received your pickup confirmation.

Regular Pickup Hours: Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–4:00 PM
Limited morning pickups between 9:00 AM–11:30 AM may be arranged in advance with our Sales Department.
Please note that pickups are unavailable between 12:00 PM–1:00 PM.
Finding Our Pickup Dock
GPS will direct you to the front office of our building. When facing the building, drive to the right through the parking lot and continue along the Rossi side of the building to reach the rear loading docks.
Proceed to Dock #17, located near the pedestrian access door with signage for FedEx & Customer Pickup.
Ring the doorbell and our warehouse team will assist you.
Bring the Right Vehicle
Some of our products are large or bulky, so please make sure your vehicle can accommodate your order.
For pallets, carts, or long boxes, we recommend a dock-height vehicle (48″). If you don’t have one, our team can bring your order to our loading ramp for you to load.
For liability reasons, Georgia Expo employees cannot assist with loading outside our warehouse.

Pickup Within 10 Business Days
Please pick up your order within 10 business days of receiving your pickup confirmation.
Orders not collected within this timeframe may be refunded and returned to inventory, less a 25% restocking fee. Custom and made-to-order products, including drapery, are nonrefundable.
Need more time? Contact our Sales Department to arrange extended storage for $25 per day.
