Buy New, Used or Rent Pipe and Drape |
|
November 16, 2011 Buy New, Used or Rent Pipe and Drape? The age old debate in the trade show community – “Given the Choice – do you buy new, used or rent for your trade show equipment needs?” As we all know, the trade show industry is very seasonal with the likely probability of over lapping shows in the spring and fall. This is great for business, but not so great for your Pipe & Drape inventory levels. So, what do you do when you can’t cover them all? More and more trade show decorators are buying new trade show equipment to meet their show objectives. They are finding the upfront investment cost is worth the peace of mind knowing they will meet the expectations of their clients and gain future business for around the same cost as other options for obtaining equipment. While the cost of doing business has continued to increase, Georgia Expo has actually lowered equipment prices over the last three years, one of the few costs you won’t have to pass off to the customer. Presenting first quality equipment that is consistent and branded to your business allows you to position yourself to win more bids and show. There are several other options to obtain the Pipe & Drape inventory needed to complete over lapping shows. Let’s explore the pros and cons of each option to lead us to the ultimate conclusion that new equipment is the best decision your business can make. |

Manufacturing capacity is the key – and Georgia Expo has A
LOT of it!
Owner, Philip DiTrolio’s continual
commitment to reinvesting back into the company by improving manufacturing
capabilities made last year one of our best EVER!
Georgia
Expo added several new machines which have more than doubled our manufacturing potential.
The picture the left is the new 120 Ton OBI Punch Press. This monster machine will be dedicated
solely to punching bases. Alongside the
original 100 Ton Double Crank Punch Press, Georgia Expo has more than doubled
capacity to manufacture bases and uprights for Superior Pipe & Drape systems.
Other machinery purchased in 2010 includes a state of the
art high speed automatic Band Saw which is used in our Cart Department. Georgia Expo has also invested in a Powder
Coat System to add beautiful finishes to our Easels and Storage
Carts.
With all this new machinery it is now easier than ever to
produce trade show equipment in large volumes, insuring you have product when
you need it - fast! Just another way
Georgia Expo works hard to bring you the highest quality trade show products in
the industry.

Georgia Expo is Expanding! |
|
At a time when many companies are not growing, Georgia Expo Manufacturing in Norcross has not only outgrown our office and manufacturing space but we placed our factory and offices for sale!
We consider this great news and are excited about the opportunity to move into a larger facility -- where we will be able to expand our manufacturing capabilities and grow as a company.
“During the past year I’ve watched our warehouse shelves go from full, to stuffed, to overflowing!” reports Amanda Lisby, VP of Sales & Marketing. “We are very excited about moving into a larger space - where we can expand our operation and meet the needs of our growing number of clients.”
