Q: Can I ship my Pipe & Drape or other products using my own carrier service?
A: We have great relationships with our freight carriers and receive large volume discounts. All Orders ship prepaid freight on our Georgia Expo account and are billed to the customer at the time of shipping.
Q: Can I return fabric for dye lot differences?
A: If you have a dye lot sensitive job we ask that you request samples of fabrics prior to placing an Order. We will match the fabric to your existing inventory if the same dye lot is in stock or match it as close as possible to what is available. All fabric shipments are cut and sewn to order. Drape, Skirting and stanchion roping cannot be returned.
Q: I’m new with Pipe & Drape and need assistance determining the number of pieces needed for my setup; does Georgia Expo offer advice?
A: Yes, we’re here to help! We have a fully trained Sales Team who are more than happy to assist you.

Q: What are my payment options?
A: We have several payment options available. We accept Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard & American Express), Certified Check or Money Order. We offer Net 30 Terms for all government entities. Non government customers can apply for Net 30 billing by contacting their sales representative. Please note: the credit process takes 2-4 weeks.
Q: Can you bill me for the product after it ships?
A: If you are an approved Net 30 customer you have 30 days to pay the Invoice after it ships. If paying by credit card or check method we require payment prior to shipment.
