Q: Can I ship my order using my own carrier service? A: We have great relationships with our freight carriers and have large volume discounts. All Orders ship prepaid freight on our Georgia Expo account and are billed to the customer at the time of shipping. Q: Can I return fabric for dye lot differences? A: If you are dye lot sensitive we ask that you request samples of the fabrics prior to placing the Order. We will match the fabric to your existing inventory if the same dye lot is in stock or match it as close as possible to what is available. All fabric shipments are cut and sewn to order; because of this we do not accept Drape or Skirting back as a return. Q: I’m new at Pipe & Drape and need assistance determining the number of pieces needed for my setup; does Georgia Expo offer advice on my needs? A: Yes, we’re here to help! We have a fully trained Sales Team that would be more than happy to assist you with your Event consulting needs. Q: How can I place an order? A: For your convenience there are several ways you can place an order. You can order online through Georgia Expo’s online store. You can call in and get a quote or place an order with your sales representative. If you are a new customer any of our highly trained representatives can help. A sales person will respond back in a prompt manner. Q: How do I pay for my order and what are my payment options? A: We have several payment options available. Customers can pay by Credit Card (we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express), Certified Check or Money Order. We offer Net 30 Terms for all government entities. Non government customers can apply for Net 30 billing by contacting their sales representative. Please note that the credit process can take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks to make a decision. Q: Can you bill me for the product after it ships? A: If you are an approved Net 30 customer then you will have 30 days to pay the Invoice after it ships. If paying by credit card or check method we require payment prior to shipment. Q: When will my order ship? A: Georgia Expo prides itself on our timely and accurate shipments. We manufacture our products right here in our Norcross facility, as a result we are able to ship most items in 1-2 business days. If you need your products by a certain date be sure to discuss this with your Sales Representative so they can ensure that you’ll receive you order in time. Need your items right away, not a problem! We are able to expedite most shipments out same day for your event! Q: What should I do if my product arrives damaged? A: Our products rarely arrived damaged because we work with only the best shipping companies in the industry, however if your product does arrived damaged, note any damages on your delivery receipt before signing for your product. If you sign for your order and then discover product damaged inside the box, contact the shipping company immediately so they can note the damages in their system. Contact your Sales Representative as soon as possible to file a claim and arrange for replacement product. Q: Are your fabrics wrinkle resistant? A: Yes! Georgia Expo fabrics are wrinkle resistant, but this does not mean they are wrinkle free! Proper storage is the best prevention of wrinkles. Talk to your Sales Representative about proper fabric care and our great storage options in order to keep your fabrics as wrinkle free as possible. Q: How can I get a flame certificate? A: When you receive your fabric order a flame certificate will also be with that order. It is important to keep that on file in case a Fire Marshall ever asks about your Drapes or Skirts. If you misplace your certificate, we can send you a new one. Please contact your representative if you have misplaced your certificate. Q: What kind of fabric is best for light blocking? A: Several people look for black out fabric. Georgia Expo offers several options. Our 21oz Velour is completely black out, but we also offer a 16oz Velour, Commando Fabric, or Duvatine, which are all great from blocking out light. Q: Can I pick up my order at your facility? A: Yes! You can pick your order up on the day it is ready from 9am-4pm EST, please do not come between 12pm-1pm EST, because our warehouse workers are on their lunch break. If you would like to pick up your order, be sure to tell your Sales Representative so they can make proper arrangements for you. Q: Can I return my drape after it has been washed? A: Unfortunately, you cannot return your drapes or fabrics after being washed. Because our fabrics are treated to be flame resistant or flame retardant, we cannot take them back and re-sell them once this process has been disturbed by washing. Q: Do you make short drapes for staging? A: We do! We make our Drape in-house, so we can pretty much do it all! We also specialize in Dasher Boards which essentially is a long Table Skirt that goes around the boards on an hockey rink to hide the advertisements. If you don’t see your Drape needs covered on this site, please call our Sales Representatives about custom Drape options. Q: Can you ship to other countries? A: Yes, Georgia Expo is an international company. |
